• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

6. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts and tools, including email, calendar, messaging, social, and CRM accounts. You are solely responsible for any account you connect, for ensuring you have the right to connect and use it, and for complying with the terms, policies, and applicable laws of those third-party providers.

By connecting an account, you authorize us to access and act on it only as needed to provide the Service. We are not responsible or liable for any third-party account you connect, including any suspension, restriction, rate-limiting, deliverability issue, data loss, or termination of that account, whether or not it results from your use of the Service. Third-party providers may change, limit, or discontinue their services or your access at any time, and we are not liable for that.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thawio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thawio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
