Thawio is sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. This policy explains your refund rights when you purchase a Thawio subscription.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Once approved, your refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

3. Free Trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@thawio.com, or request a refund directly through Paddle, using the email address associated with your purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
